Communicate today. Prove it later, if you ever have to.
Kinbria is a free co-parenting app for messages and shared scheduling. You use it like any other messaging tool — but underneath, every message and every calendar change is saved to a permanent record that can't be secretly changed. When you need a clean copy for a lawyer, a mediator, or a court, it is one tap away, and anyone can check for themselves that it was never altered.
a3f0…9c1eFour steps, start to finish
You do the first two. Kinbria quietly handles the rest — and it is ready the day you need it, not something you scramble to assemble later.
Create your free account
Sign up in a couple of minutes — no card, no trial, no per-parent fee. You can begin even if your co-parent hasn't joined. Start on your own, keep your own record, and invite them whenever you are ready. Everything you send is saved from day one either way.
Message and share the schedule
Talk about pickups, medical appointments, expenses, and hand-offs in one calm place. Propose and accept schedule changes so there is a clear record of who asked for what and when. It works like a normal app — the record-keeping happens on its own in the background.
Every entry joins the record
The moment a message is sent or a calendar change is made, it is added to a permanent record that only adds — it never edits or erases. Each message is sealed to the one before it, so nothing can be quietly changed, back-dated, or deleted after the fact — not even by us.
Make a certified record — one tap
When you need proof, tap once to create a certified record — a sealed, dated official copy anyone can check. Share the file and its link with your attorney, mediator, or the court. Anyone — with no account and no login — can open the public check page and confirm the record was never changed.
It feels like a normal messaging app
There is nothing to learn and nothing extra to remember. You message about pickups, appointments, and expenses the way you already do — the record-keeping runs quietly underneath every single line.
- One calm place for messages and the shared schedule
- Every message shows a send date and time both parents see
- The record is saved in the background — no button to press
What makes the record trustworthy
Trust here does not mean “take our word for it.” It means anyone can check for themselves. Four separate safeguards make a Kinbria record hard to fake and easy to check.
1. A permanent record that only adds
Every message and calendar change is sealed to the one before it, forming an unbroken line. Change a single character in any past entry and the seals after it break — so any change would show. The record only adds; it never edits or erases. It cannot be quietly reordered, changed, or removed.
2. A digital seal
A certified record carries a digital seal that proves the file came from Kinbria and has not been changed since. If even one character of the record changes, the seal no longer matches — so there is no way to quietly “fix” a certified copy after it is made.
3. A trusted date stamp
Each certified record carries a trusted date stamp from an independent outside service — not from us. That proves the record existed in its exact form at a specific date and time. And once a day, the whole record is checked against that outside service too, so even a change made by us would be caught.
4. Anyone can check it — no login
Every certified record has a public check page at /verify/{code}. Anyone with the link — an attorney, a mediator, a judge’s clerk — can confirm the record is genuine and unchanged, using a short code, without creating an account or logging in. The page never shows the content of your messages. It only answers one question: is this record genuine?
Together these safeguards are built so a record can prove on its own that it's genuine, so you shouldn't need a witness just to confirm the file is real. Each certified record also includes a signed statement from a named person at Draco Inc. confirming it is a true copy. This is not legal advice, and whether any record is accepted is always the court’s decision.
Anyone can check it — in seconds, without an account
Every certified record carries a short code. Enter it on the public check page and Kinbria checks all four safeguards on the spot, then gives one plain answer. No login, no download, and the content of your messages is never shown.
- Open to attorneys, mediators, and court clerks alike
- Answers one question: is this record genuine?
- Your message content stays private, always
This page confirms the record is genuine only. It does not show the content of any message or calendar entry.
Who can see your messages
We would rather tell you plainly than let a marketing line create a false impression.
Your conversations are encrypted — scrambled so they can't be read by outsiders — both while they are stored and while they travel over the internet. Your messages can be seen only by the two parents in the conversation, by the system owner and admin at Draco Inc., and by anyone a parent chooses to invite — and invited people can only view, not change anything.
Here is the honest part: your messages are scrambled and access is tightly limited, but this is not the kind of setup where no one but the two parents could ever read a message. We chose this on purpose. If no one but the two parents could ever read a message, the owner could not help in an emergency, and Kinbria could not produce a court record at all. Because the whole point of Kinbria is a record you can actually use, the system has to be able to read and certify content. So we are clear about it: your content is not hidden from Kinbria or the people who run it.
Built for safety, too
Co-parenting is not always safe, and the design reflects that. Protected accounts require two-factor sign-in — a second step at login so a password alone isn't enough. The sign-in screen is deliberately vague, so an abuser cannot use it to find out whether someone has an account. Only the account owner can send invites, there are no live read-receipts, and location check-ins are optional and only roughly accurate. You can quickly delete or hide content in an emergency, and anyone facing hardship or domestic-violence circumstances gets free access automatically — because Kinbria is free, and a fair co-parenting record should never depend on who can pay.
